Our Projects
Since 2008, M Con, Inc. has delivered underground utility solutions across Las Vegas, supporting both small-scale developments and large community infrastructure. Below are select projects that highlight our expertise in wet and dry utility installations across residential and commercial sectors.
01 - Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas
Scope: Wet Utilities - Sewer & Domestic Water
M Con, Inc. began work at Allegiant Stadium with the installation of sewer and domestic water systems for the Trailer City complex. Our scope later expanded to include offsite wet utility improvements that connected to the stadium’s main infrastructure.
02 -Lake Las Vegas Community, Henderson
Scope: Wet & Dry Utilities
M Con performed utility installations across multiple residential phases of the Lake Las Vegas community, including Reflection Bay, Parker Point, and Lake Las Vegas Parkway. Our work included full wet and dry utility scopes for various builders, enhancing both infrastructure and lot readiness in this growing resort-style area.
03 - Black Mountain Area, Henderson
Scope: Wet & Dry Utilities
Across multiple development zones in the Black Mountain area, M Con delivered utility services for projects such as Black Mountain Infrastructure, Daybreak, and Ridgeview. From early infrastructure packages to lot-specific trenching, our team supported each project’s evolving needs while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency.
04 - The Summit Club, Summerlin
Scope: Primarily Wet Utilities
Our wet utility scope at The Summit Club supported multiple phases of development within this exclusive Las Vegas community, including the main clubhouse, expansion zones, and the pro shop. M Con coordinated closely with contractors to meet high-spec standards for sewer, water, and storm drain systems.
05 - Master-Planned Communities: Cadence & Village of Tule Springs
Scope: Wet & Dry Utilities
M Con provided full-service utility installations across several stages of two of Southern Nevada’s largest master-planned communities.
In Cadence (Henderson), our work spanned multiple residential phases including Units 20A and 53–58.
In the Villages of Tule Springs (North Las Vegas), we supported multiple development zones including Tracts 1.11 through 1.16 with comprehensive wet and dry utility trenching and infrastructure.
